meet Silke Brown
Silke joined us here at Lean Body Lifestyle after booking her wedding date.
She wasn't feeling too confident about her body after getting into the trap that a lot of people get into after giving birth to two kids and working a stressful job, whilst running a family home.
On the day she came in and spoke to us here at LBL HQ she actually said that she hated exercise and was scared of it.
Silke needed a little time to herself and to do something for herself instead of everyone else for a change.
Que Lean Body Ladies.
She wanted to make sure she went down the Aisle looking absolutely fantastic and feeling as confident as she possible could.
She certainly achieved that.
Now although Silke's transformation is fantastic, the thing we are most proud of her for is the fact that after her wedding she didnt simply let it fall away, she is still a regular here at Lean Body Lifestyle Sunderland.
And what's more.... she has grown to love exercise :)

meet Gayle Smith
Gayle joined us a personal training client due to feeling like she needed a change. She felt like she simply wasn't happy with her current physique and fitness and wanted more from her health.
She trained 2x's per week alongside her sister Dianne, following our nutritional principals alongside the training.
Although Gayle achieved fantastic results in 12 week's, she has continued her fitness journey with us now for over a year to maintain and build on her progress and is still to this day enjoying fitness, health & exercise.
Alongside her sister Gayle regularly run's for charity and is another great example of what an individual who change's their habit's & lifestyles for the better should be.

Meet Andrea Allan...
Andrea came to us around 9-10 months ago as she knew that her wedding was nearing and she wanted to make a start. We had the conversation i have with all of my potential new clients, covering exactly what she wanted from our services and how we can help her achieve those results.
"for the next few months i have a busy schedule with work and university so i just want to maintain where i am right now, to make sure i don't gain between now and the wedding, then around about 12-8 weeks out i want to go at it full on to really fit into my dress and look fantastic on my wedding day". So the goal was set...
Andrea maintained from November 2016.... Then with 7-8 weeks remaining she decided it was time.... We created her goals, we created her nutritional program and the dedication began... Each week after a dress fitting, as the inches were dropping from her body she would tell us how the dress was looking better and better.... Each week as her work clothes became looser and looser she would happily tell us how she was having to buy new clothes. Then one day..... Jut six week's in, she came in with the bad news, or the good news, however you like to look at it.... "I can't follow your nutritional program any more, im loosing too much weight and i can't risk not fitting into my dress" As much as this is fantastic for myself to see my programs helping people get the results they desire so fast. I would still have loved to see the 8-12 week pictures since these pictures were just 6 weeks apart. Here is what Andrea had to say was the difference that made her get the results she wanted so fast....
"It's the bands and counting calories that has made the difference, I've exercised for years but not monitored my food as much or as accurately as I have with your gaff and it's made the difference"

meet David Bowmer
Meet David Bowmer
David came to us for help with his nutrition and training after a long lay off from his Mixed Martial Arts career.
David is a successful mixed martial artist, but unfortunately had injured his knee which resulted in a lay off from training and competing and a gain in weight of over 22Lbs
He needed help with nutrition for fat loss and training for fight conditioning and we have to say, he followed everything we said to the letter and gave 100% in every session to achieve the unbelievable results he achieved.
David managed to drop over 18lb's of Body fat in Just 12 week's to hit his goal weight of 70Kg's...
David went on to win his first fight back in the cage, and let us know that he had never felt fitter or as well conditioned in any fight before, as he did after working with us.

Meet Mark Green
Meet Mark Green...
Mark came to us after his weight had spiralled out of control. He was working long hours, partying a little too hard and his lifestyle truly was beginning to get the better of him.
He mad the decision to come on board as a pt client but after a chat and understanding mark and his goals we directed him towards our small group personal training program the Lean Body Blueprint.
He was nervous joining a group of men like him at first, but once on board he actually thanked us for saving him money and still getting the result he was looking for....

"I have always enjoyed training but i struggled with the diet side of things , that and the motivation to really push myself to reach my true potential.
Thats one of the things i most enjoy about training with Lean Body Lifestyle, the program i am following is a group program where we all work as a team to push each other and with the extra motivation from martin you always get a great workout in, even when sometimes you don't quite feel like you usually would.
The biggest area that LBL's training and nutrition programs helped me with was the nutrition.
The Lean Body Lifestyle Nutritional Guidance booklet (or the BIBLE as we like to call it) really simplifies good quality nutrition, and helps you understand what not too eat, but more importantly what too eat and when.
